Mazaraa Farm shop (Abu Dhabi) Day Trip

MazaraaFarm Shop Entrance

“A trip to the supermarket these days appears to reveal an expansion of Abu Dhabi Organics Farm’s offerings. Paying significantly less for organic vegetables — and having them grown locally — is both exciting and reassuring.”

There has been a considerable quantity of information provided on food and farming. Food was once consumed solely to satisfy hunger. Organic farms are always the best places to explore, and they offer an exquisite sense of living in harmony with nature.

Mazaraa Organic Farm Shop is becoming well-known in Bahyah, Abu Dhabi, for its organic fruits, vegetables, and dairy products, among other things. It’s always a treat to harvest your vegetables from the garden for cooking. So they provide us with the opportunity to select veggies from the Mazaraa farm garden and buy them based on the weight we pick.

I’m going to tell you about my fantastic experience at the Mazaraa farm shop. My family recently visited an organic farm with friends. My husband’s idea was to see this prodigious farm and feel nature. It was a short journey from our place, reached there after a 15 minutes drive.

Farm Experience:
First look from outside, it was a farmhouse and a coffeeshop. The exterior design of the coffee shop is quite attractive, with a very natural design open sitting area. The farmhouse entrance leads to a farm shop where all organic vegetables, fruits, juices and unique honey is displayed for sale. The ambience is quite soothing and the staff is fully trained, helpful and hygienic.

When we entered, we have been welcomed by the farm farmworkers who greeted us with a genuine smile! After the shop, we entered the farm area. Amazed to see how well they have organized. It’s very well divided into portions (instead, I would say sections).

We saw lovely seating arrangements surrounded by trees, sunflowers, and bushes, lush and green; There are no entry fees so far. This organic farm is divided into sections, which are crops, vegetables and fruits, milk and egg production, herd, poultry and fish farming, along with some other areas (would like to keep something for your own experience)

We started walking along with the plantation. The atmosphere was filled with the scent of growing mint plants. What can I say after that? I sat and admired it for a while. It was a lovely sensation. Then I proceeded. A flock of birds was twittering and hovering over the field, anxious to eat the produce. Wow! All of these make for a fantastic spectacle. My friend’s son Arush was running around, having fun, enjoying nature!

While walking, we noticed flat beans, cabbages, tomatoes, green chillies, and eggplants. Yummy!. You can walk freely and explore the farm, though it is essential to realise that we should protect the production areas! If you admire nature as much as I do, this is an excellent place to spend a day with your family.

Shops and Stalls:

After spending a good time with plants, trees and animals, we reached the entrance area. The small stalls are impressive, well designed, hygienic and assist with fully trained staff in official uniforms. (green polo T-Shirt and black pants with masked following Covid norms)

The Mazzara farm shop sells organic and fresh fruits, vegetables and honey. Everything on the farm is grown and sourced. This farm has a coffee shop attached to it for tourists’ refreshments. The coffee shop’s ambience and outside seating arrangement are unique and make it look even more gorgeous.

In their coffee shop, they sell a selection of speciality coffees, and their milk is obtained locally from their farm, with the option to change your milk upon request. They offer a variety of latte, espresso, cupcakes, doughnuts and pastries — one of the ideal locations for an evening coffee with your loved ones. It’s a beautiful, well-kept institution worth a visit. You can also enjoy a farm tour — an ideal place to spend time with family and children. Or, to be honest, by themselves.

We ended our day with a cheese manakish, french fries, and coffee from their cafe. We were exhausted but happy. It was a good time. Nothing beautifies nature, and if you genuinely value nature and greenery, you will find it all around you.

Local farms such as The Mazaraa farm shop demonstrate that growing a range of fruits and vegetables in the UAE is feasible. A visit to Mazaraa Farm Shop provides outdoor enjoyment for the entire family, source of organic product, supports a local business, aids in conserving the environment and is a growing tourist spot in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended to visit the Mazaraa Farm Shop and promote #Abudhabi
